While the menu can be confusing and lacks certain options, the overall food quality is decent. The immersive Italian atmosphere and high-quality ingredients are highlights, but the overall value may be questionable for some. Wheelchair accessibility and attentive service are positives. Eataly in Toronto is recommended for those interested in gastronomy, while others may find better Italian dining options elsewhere in the city.
It was very bad the bar service. we wanted two johnny walker black. we saw the bottle in the bar with some liquid. the bar delicately served 2 sticks with a few whisky . we said it is very short and they serve a little more and accused a doble. we were very upset. they were inkind. we will not come back
Eating was quite impressive and the ambiente was beautiful
Service ok, food quality under the average for the price
The food was poor quality. My family of four ordered four separate mains three of us really disliked and one found OK. Do not recommennd.
Food was mediocre…plates were plain/one note. Pasta looked like it was just boiled and served on plan. No sauce or garnished. Was not visually pleasant and tasted meh.
