Terrible location. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I ordered a simple double double, and when I politely asked for two sugars to be added, the employee treated it like I was making an enormous request. She claimed I had asked for no sugar, which makes no sense—why would anyone say that if they actually want sugar? In the end, she still didn't add it. I visited this Tim Hortons location at 8:49 PM on July 29, well before their 10 PM closing time, hoping to get a cup of steeped tea. One staff member informed me that they couldn't prepare it because the tea pots had already been cleaned, and they did not want to make them dirty again. When I offered to wait, she mentioned that there were chemicals in them. Having worked in Tim Hortons before, I know that the cleaning process only takes about 10 minutes, and steeped tea is a basic item that should be available during operating hours. Although I agreed to wait, she still charged me and then asked another staff member to make the tea, who outright refused, claiming they needed to save it for the next day. I left without my tea and without a refund. I ended up going to the College Yonge location (also open until 10 PM), where they had no issues preparing a fresh cup. This experience was completely unprofessional and disappointing. If you're open, you should be properly serving your customers.
