Bagels are so dry, I order extra butter,... read more Bagels are stale every single time. Their toaster is set so low it doesn't even warm a bagel up enough to melt butter. Bagels are so dry, I order extra butter, and the workers are either too lazy to actually apply butter to the bagel, or they're just completely incompetent. Finally, when they go to cut the bagel, they couldn't be bothered to do more than a slight press of the knife that doesn't even cut the top half, let alone the whole bagel. For the record, a bread knife is serrated (that's the wavy blade) so you can cut easier with a BACK AND FORTH motion.This place is absolutely embarrassing. Learn how to properly train your employees.
