I went this morning on my way to work, service was slow, there was a very strong smell of body odour, the food I ordered was cold when I recieved it, the coffee machine was visibly dirty like it wasn't cleaned for a few days. View all feedback.
The 2 Months Grill is not open yet, which makes each visit a waste of time.
When I order a Large French Vanilla, they often mistakenly punch in a small size for French Vanilla 2-3 times, resulting in a overly sweet and creamy drink. The last time I ordered a strawberry lemonade, they added ice and strawberry flavoring but completely forgot the lemonade. I once ordered an Ice Cap and they forgot to put in the milk. When I asked for a medium French Vanilla, I received an original blend instead. If I request an original blend, I end up with black coffee. And when I order 20 assorted Timbits, I typically get only 16-18. My advice? Avoid ordering lemonade or French Vanilla here, as they frequently fail to get it right.
A single negative experience is enough to drive away a customer. I had an issue with my order, and they were unwilling to resolve it.
