I came here for drinks with a friend recently and we were seated on the patio in the back. Our table happened to be right beside all of the propane tanks (lovely! . The whole place needs a refresh. Just dark and dingy. Don’t even get...me started on the bathroom (singular which was just gross (no soap . I won’t be returning.

Our first night in downtown Toronto and we were wandering around looking for a late dinner (9.00pm well late for us : . This pub has outdoor seating facing the street and I heard the staff say there was beer garden seating also. Inside was...busy with lots of TVs showing sport. Server was helpful And friendly and food excellent. Very happy with experience.

Went here for Ritual's dollar promo. Chicken fingers were above expectations, but portions are definitely on the low end for its full price.

Terrible wait time for lunch (from a lunch menu), and wraps and salads were lame. Walked in at 12:05 with 7 of us. Orders punched in at 12:10 (verified on the bill) the first of the food started coming out at 1PM, the last delivery...at almost 10 past. the chicken Caesar salad had cold chicken and warm Romaine (wilted) and warm dressing. the other food was mediocre. Mostly we were bummed at how long it took to get some wraps with salads and a Caesar Salad. The food took so long, we had to go back to work and take it to go. I explained that the delay really marred our visit to the establishment and though the staff agreed that the slow kitchen was their fault, there was nothing they would do for us. SO: we paid full price and I even tipped a bit so that the server was not out of pocket when they tipped out the rest of the staff. And now I am posting this suggestion as a review. If you want to see your food within 25-30 minutes of arriving at a restaurant, do not go to this place! The kitchen is horrifically slow, and the food comes out in drabs. And quite frankly, the food is expensive for a lunch menu for mediocre offerings. Lastly, nobody is managing the place, nobody is owning the responsibility of running a kitchen or taking care of patrons and basically, nobody is in charge or cares about the customers. What a shame.
