My wife and I had an excellent meal at "The Thai" restaurant at 1675 Bloor Street West. Please note the name for the restaurant listed on this entry is incorrect, the 4 You is part of the name of a tailor shop 4 doors to the East - "Fit 4 You". If you are interested in looking up this restaurant look under "The Thai Cuisine". View all feedback.
I measure my Thai restaurants on the tastiness of their Pad Thai and The Thai Cuisine does it well. Just the right amount of sweet and heat. Our party also ordered Roasted Duck Curry and Garlic Lamb. All freshly prepared and delicious. We enjoyed everything. The drink list is pretty limited. Tonight the only beer was a Thai lager called Singha. Not bad. Pleasant atmosphere. Great service. We're looking forward to frequent carry-out nights with all the great menu options from The Thai Cuisine. As a previous reviewer noted, the name in this listing is incorrect. The store front has a big awning that says "The Thai" with smaller lettering below that reads "Real Thai Cuisine". It is not called Thai 4 You. The restaurant is near the south east corner of Bloor and Indian just a couple of blocks east of High Park.

Very good, fresh-tasting Thai food, with staff sensitive to vegetarian requirements. Wine and beer are nice additions. Very comfortable neighbourhood restaurant.
(i don't think the name is accurate but the address is. see website below.)if you've been to a thai restaurant you sort of know what to expect. this is a good one -- pleasant decor, good service and a good menu (dishes you don't always see) well executed. i haven't tried everything, of course (i've only been twice, after all) but everything has been good and i'll be back the next time i'm in the neighborhood.
Got into town kinda late after a long day and couple hours drive. Checked into the b&b around the corner and stumbled down to meet friends at the restaurant. Service good, food was great. We shared Pad See Ew, a Spicy Basil, and a couple others with some rice. Some of the best Thai food I've ever had.
