The service was good, though it didn’t go above and beyond. The atmosphere was standard, and the food was mostly enjoyable. The beef served with the Barbacoa was delicious and juicy. My friends and I had a fantastic experience at Tenoch Restaurant. If you're in the mood for delicious Mexican cuisine and a lively atmosphere, this is the place to be. The Michelada con Camerones is incredibly refreshing and well-balanced, with a tajin rim that is simply perfect. It’s garnished with plump, juicy shrimp—absolutely delightful. They also offer complimentary tortilla chips with salsa, featuring a mildly spicy verde salsa, a slightly hotter red salsa, and an irresistible habanero salsa that leaves you wanting more. We thoroughly enjoyed the Cochinita tacos; the achiote flavor is outstanding, and the roasted pork shoulder is incredibly juicy. You can order 3 or 5 tacos of the same variety, but I’d love to see an option for mixing and matching or ordering singles. Our lovely server Paola recommended the chicharon, and she certainly knows her menu because that dish stole the show. The pork belly is beautifully braised and a must-try. The Camerones Rancheros was also delicious, featuring tasty shrimp, perfectly seasoned rice, a fresh Pico de Gallo, a delicious corn tortilla, and a refreshing salad that all came together for a delightful meal. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere that made our night enjoyable. The service was impeccable, and we felt very well taken care of. I am completely in love with this place! We ordered the steak tacos, ceviche, and chimichangas, and each dish was incredibly delicious and full of genuine flavors. The atmosphere is vibrant and lively, creating a delightful escape to Mexico—ideal for a visit after a sunny day at the beach. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
