Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I was very amazed with the great service I received as I had an original reservation at the dufferin mall location but with storm power was out, unfortunately I had no call to advise me it was not open due to no power. One of my friend who luckily arrived early advised me and I was so dosas appointed. I had sent invitations and all to that location !!So last minute changes had to be done in an hour......Luckily I called this location at keele and explained the situation and they were very happy to accommodate and apologize even though it's not their location. I quickly rushed and called guests and once I arrived they were very helpful and even had a small extra table for me to decorate for baby shower. Great Chicken was delicious, hostess and server were awesome and friendly very attentive in all I was very happy. I did lose some guest due to traffick and change of plans short notice but the ones that made it enjoyed the get together and it was a success! Definitely will return here keep up the great costumer service and treating and making me feel at home.

My son and i stopped in on Sunday eve for supper-very busy which is a good sign. We were greeted and shown to a table. The waitress was very attentive and accurate. The food was much better than average for such a restaurant and we will return.

At this particular Swiss Chalet location, the food is consistently good and tasty, and the service is EXCELLENT. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating, and they really do make an extra effort to make you feel welcome. After eating here for years, my usual server Halina has become like family. I am one of the many "regulars" that frequent this location, and people have nothing but good things to say about her and the other staff. The owner is 'hands on' and really makes sure that any dining experience is wonderful. Never a problem to find parking.As for the food, the price is quite reasonable and the menu selection has improved tremendously in the last year or two. I have eaten at different locations, but this one always seems to have the best food, as far as being well prepared, hot and fresh.

The food was good, I had visited this restaurant before and it wasn't too bad, just a few minor issues.

I was in a bind and happened to come across this restaurant which was conveniently close to my hotel.
