This restaurant is easily accessible with public transit. Clean and bright... Service is friendly, but sometimes you may need to call them to refill your green tea overall, the taste is good, ingredients are fresh (except at my last visit, rice and shrimps were dry); I've been there seven times. Sushi pieces are bigger than normal, thus filling you faster than usual... I recommend this place; prices are reasonable. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sushi Rock:
went for a late night dinner and found the service to be fast and friendly. They all gave the impression of wanting to help you. The food on the other hand was on a lesser level. The sushi rice was overly sweet (or perhaps not enough vinegar), the ebi hard and too cold (it semed almost frozen) View all feedback.

There is a reason for the evaluation. I ordered 3 different types of sushi. the salmon and avocado was good. the salmon sushi was also okay, but the red drachenrolle was just bad. there are definitiw better options to eat in midtown for sushi. I give 3 stars because they were nice and added a lot of free tasty, including spring rolls. the actual quality of food and taste is probably a 2.
The sushi and rolls here are fine, 4/5 for the price. But do NOT order the beef teriyaki bento. You will receive the driest, most unseasoned cut of meat ever. The photo says it all.
This used to be my favourite sushi’s place in Mid-town…Ordered 3 trays of Sashimi last night for dinner… both of us got sick (nausea), shivers and the runs.Management, please check the quality of the fish you’re serving. We ordered platinum and gold sashimi trays.
THE WORST SUSHI EVER IN MY LIFEFirst of all,Fish wasn't fresh which can be very dangerous as it is RAW!!Rice was way too sour.Experiencing bad quality of fish, I am sure that sour flavor wasn't even from adding too much vinegar in rice.Would NEVER EVER recommend this place to ANYONE.P.SI never have written any reviews entire my life but you guys did terrible enough to make me to spend extra time of my life typing how garbage it was. Thank you
