No one at... read more We've been coming here frequently since it opened. The quality of the food is going downhill. The potatoes were too tiny and over cooked and all skin. No one ate the potatoes. I complained to the waitress and she said she will talk to management whichreally didnt help us. We went for breakfest for my husbands birthday. Near $50 later and only ate the eggs. The bacon wasso-so my husband didn't eat them. We've decided not to come back and will drive further from now on as this location was soclose. Sunset grill you have lost a loyal customer!

I was impressed with the amount of window space and the layout was a bit more open than we've seen elsewhere. The result is very bright, clean look anywhere you sit. You canalso view into the kitchen front just about every table too. The space echoes a bit because there are only hard surfaces, but Iimagine it's better with a full crowd inside. We were seated quickly with menus and coffee quick to follow. Our orders weredelivered reasonably quickly too. I'm sure why, but the fried potatoes were cold. When we mentioned it, they were quicklyreplaced with a fresh plate, but half of them were cold too. My bagel was lightly warmed, which is how I like it, but I wondernow if was meant to have been toasted. Next time I should ask. All of the food was fresh, but I'm still a little disappointedat the temperature of the cooked items. We mentioned this to the manager on the way out. He promised to look into it. I wouldgo back again if I was in the area; at least once.

I went there on a Sunday at 2:00 p.m. B... read more Disappointed to have lunch inside. I was so happy to finally see a restaurant that has patio opened in my neighbourhood. I went there on a Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Beautiful summer day. The restaurant closes at 3:30.  The patio was closed, I mean with chainsaround chairs, tables and umbrellas. They said they don't have enough customers to keep it opened. Is this a reason? Otherrestaurants might not have customers inside but the patios are full. Even there were enough servers, no staff shortage and onlyfew customers, they were slow taking our order and they even apologized. But the food was good. When we were half way throughour meal they brought us the bill and they apologized again saying that they don't rush us. So again, very few customers andanother almost an hour to closing. We wanted to order something else but we gave up. More than an hour before closing theystarted sweeping and washing the floors and the washrooms. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward for a nice lunch onthe patio. I gave two stars only because the food was good and the restaurant clean.
