Sunnyside Pavilion Cafe - Toronto

When you have good view, maybe you don't have good food__Came here on a beautiful Sunday after walk on the beach for hours.

What a totally beautiful location for a coffee and breakfast. Unfortunately, even with only a handful of customers and four wait staff, the service was absolutely terrible. The waitress managed to get the order wrong completely and by the time my breakfast had arrived, my friend had completely finished hers. A top up of coffee inside half an hour would have been nice likewise a "is everything ok", would have been nice, instead of waiting ten minutes and then have to go find the waitress to tell her the order was wrong. It was just terrible. Nice idea, but I will go somewhere else next time - to a place that wants my business!!

I sat on the patio with a few friends, just off the boardwalk, and enjoyed drinks. The patio was very busy but the table servcie was excellent. It's a little pricey, but well worth the money for the benefit of enjoying a wonderful view.
