Description
Recent visits to a local Subway restaurant highlight significant inconsistencies in service and food quality. While some patrons praised delicious sandwiches crafted with fresh ingredients and attentive staff, others reported frustration with unavailability of dine-in options shortly before closing and encountered poorly prepared food, including uncooked chicken and cold subs. Additionally, the persistent unavailability of washroom facilities raised concerns about hygiene. Overall, while some diners left satisfied, many expressed disappointment and a lack of confidence in the restaurant's service standards, suggesting a need for improvement in both food preparation and customer service.

I always go to this Subway location. The ingredients are consistently fresh, and Praina, the staff member, is always so kind and ensures my subs are made with care.
This was one of the best Subway sandwiches I have ever had! The sandwich artist wearing glasses understood my instructions perfectly and made a flawless sandwich.
I just got crispy chicken footlong.. chicken was undercooked and the girl gave us without proper heating it up. Even she didn’t allowed us to dine even after requesting that we will not take more time. Official closing is 10:00 pm still they don’t allow to dine before 9:30 pm. Bad service and food is not upto mark. Proper training should be provided to staff.
The restaurant closes at 10 PM. At 9:30 PM on a Thursday, the girl at the cash counter informed us that dine-in was not available due to closing time. Despite our request to only take 10 minutes, she still denied us. I ended up ordering Crispy Chicken to go and had it at Pizza Pizza at 9:35 PM. Unfortunately, the chicken was uncooked and not crispy, the sub was not toasted and not hot. The washroom was also unavailable. Overall, it was a waste of money and I do not recommend this place.
