Subway - Toronto

I have found the perfect Indian guy who works overnight at that restaurant.

I arrived at this restaurant at 3:58 am because it advertised as being open 24 hours. However, when I got there, it appeared to be closed although there was an employee inside who was about to leave. When I called out to him, he answered and informed me that the store was closed. When I questioned why it was listed as 24 hours, he explained that it was only for that specific day and they were closing at 4 am. I was disappointed by this discrepancy, as I had wasted my time coming there. If the operating hours have changed, it would be helpful to update the information on the website or at the store. I am uncertain if the employee was being truthful or if the store was actually closed.

I used to be a fan of Subway, but unfortunately, during my last visit, I paid my bill without checking it first. It wasn't until later that I noticed there were extra fries charged on my bill.

The worse service and the staff was very disrespectful, I suggest to the people not to go

Understaffed! Visited this store around 8:30 pm and there were around 10 people in the line and just one staff in the store. Only one person to serve the customers taking the online orders and cashing them. One person during the dinner time in a store like subway is ridiculous! However, I got the upmost customer service from the employee, Kavya. I really appreciate her ability to work under pressure. She nailed it! Please hire more staffs!!
