This is my second time visiting this restaurant and once again I arrived more than 15 minutes before closing time only to find the door locked. I live right above this location, yet the same lady consistently decides to close early. The posted business hours clearly state that they close at 9PM, not at 8:43PM when I arrived. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were informed that the debit machine was not working. I mentioned that I had cash, but the server seemed reluctant to serve me and my daughters. We proceeded to order and eat our meal, but I noticed that when two young men arrived, the server did not mention the issue with the debit machine to them and they were able to pay with their debit card. This inconsistency left me unimpressed.

I explained to her that I have also worked in a fast food environment and it is never acceptable to close before the advertised business hours for personal gain. She responded callously, saying "too bad." I recommend reviewing your camera footage to address this issue. The woman working the closing shift on August 20th should be terminated.
During this visit, I ordered a 6-inch sub. The bread was cut in front of me, but it was not done properly and ended up being a small 6-inch bread. When I asked for cucumbers, I only received 2 thinly sliced pieces. The same situation occurred with the black olives, as I received only 3 tiny sliced pieces. When I requested mayo, only a small amount was placed in the middle of the sandwich and was not evenly spread out. The sandwich maker did not seem to put any effort into making a decent sandwich or properly spreading out the ingredients. This lack of effort was disappointing, as making a quality sandwich should be common sense. If the staff cannot make a sandwich that looks presentable, they should not be working there. I will not be returning to this location in the future. I hope that the store owner reads this review in order to improve their service and retain future customers. Thank you.
Subway sandwiches are always my go-to. And the customer service here was amazing. The atmosphere of this place is welcoming, and there's space to dine in.
I have been a loyal customer of subway for more than 7 years now. I often consume it whilst working from home, it used to be a great catch for a light lunch. However, my experience at this branch with one of the sandwich artists was heartbreaking. The artist was dishonest about what they had in stock. I could see bags in stock but the artist insisted they do not carry bags. However, as I could physically see the bags, I told the artist to provide me with one and I would pay. He then proceeded to tell me that I did not need a bag as I only had 2 sandwiches. You can keep your bags mate, I will not be visiting again and if readers want to avoid bad customer service , they should not be visiting this branch of subway either. Please use the subway branch at 132 Front St E. , they have a really good manager who ensures customer service is priority(Apparently 2 sandwiches is not enough to warrant a bag)
