I visited the Subway Sandwich at the Dufferin Mall food court after an afternoon of shopping, and I thoroughly enjoyed their roasted chicken foot-long sub. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and the bread was perfectly toasted. I also decided to add chips and a cookie—because why not! The customer service was friendly and quick. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The gentleman who served us was rude, abrupt, and unhelpful. His attitude was dismissive, making it seem like he was impatient with our order. The way he served the meat was quite lackluster. Additionally, there was no fresh bread available. I've been to three different Subways, and they haven't been much better. I asked for a foot long turkey sub but I wanted the ham on it too. Wasn’t sure if that was already a thing as I didn’t have time to read thru the entire menu .The guy charged me for they turkey sub $14.99) and charged extra $5.99) for the ham. I technically got charged a dollar per slice of ham….$21 dollar for a foot long with no drinks or chips … Not again
The restaurant was extremely dirty, and the staff appeared unkempt. They didn't wash their hands, and when they spoke, they spat on the food. I had a terrible experience and will never return. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
Good food, good experience.
We had Vegie Delight Sub which was made with super fresh vegetables and the sauce was awesome. I never had such a fresh veggie sandwich (this is the only item we eat from Subway) from any other Subway. Thank you !!Vegetarian options: Because of the dietary restriction we only eat vegie sandwich from Subway
