When they finished making the sandwich, they went on to another customer rather than finishing the purchase. Maybe it’s how they were trained but they took an a unnecessarily long time.

The employee who identified herself as Adheera refused to grill our sandwiches. When we inquired why, she claimed there were too many sauces. We then requested a sandwich with only three lines of sauce to be grilled, but she still refused, saying it was cut in half. It seemed like she was just making excuses to avoid grilling our sandwiches, possibly because she didn't want to clean the grill.

How... read more I recently had a disappointing experience at a Subway store near my college. I usually visit this location often and have always received excellent service. However, during my last visit, I requested a veggie sub with an egg, and the employee accidentally prepared a regular veggie sub. When I asked for an egg to be added, the senior staff member refused to fulfill my request, despite the egg being available. I was shocked and confused as to why they would not accommodate my simple request, especially since I had made it clear beforehand. This refusal was insulting and embarrassing, especially considering that I am a loyal customer who values customization options at Subway. I expressed my disappointment to the staff, but they showed no willingness to resolve the situation. I ended up leaving the store and went to another Subway nearby, only to find that they were out of eggs, wasting my time. This experience has made me reconsider dining at Subway in the future, as the poor customer service I received was unacceptable. I hope that Subway management takes steps to improve their customer service, as experiences like mine can greatly impact customer loyalty. Thank you for listening to my feedback.
