Top not... read more We had been craving barbecue ribs. And there wasn't a rib fest in town. We found Stack. We were very pleased with the tasty ribs with the regular sauce. Top notch BBQ flavour and the meat on the bones is tender and falls right off. This was our first time. And the kids loved it. We tried the beans and coleslaw. Both winners. We didn't get to try to cornbread because the waitress said it was "all out" BUT we were given an ample serving of more sides to enjoy. Donuts are amazing. It is rather noisy. We'll visit again.

Items like the 'donut shake' or fried sausage intrigue....and burgers and smoked meats are amazing. Great diner style vibe, but amped up a bit more for the foodie palate! Weekends after 6 can be reserved, so come early if you are interested. Otherwise you can make reservations for up to 4 people.

Chicken and fish tacos were gross, no meat in them and were very soggy. Must be a chef change? Mac and cheese was cold and gritty, could not eat it. The glass of wine ordered was not asked if I wanted 8 or 5 oz and was $15. really? Called the manager regarding the food, and said nothing has changed. Will never re visit restaurant again. Will tell everyone about the expirience I had. My advice is to not visit this restaurant, it has gone downhill.

Ribs were a 5.3 out of 10, bean burger was a 4.8 out of 10, large fries were a 1.2 out of 10, brussel sprouts were a 6.9 out of 10. Ratings are based on flavour, quality of ingredients, and value. Worst thing ordered were the large fries. 1) portion size is not large, 2) it's a rip off paying way too much, 3) they were black and had a taste of being cooked in old oil, 4) they were limp d1ck like a noodle

Our server was nice but seemed a little out of it/distracted but got everything right so we were happy. We all shared the BBQ platter for 4 people. It has pulled pork, wings or turkey (we chose wings), brisket, and ribs with a few sides. The brisket was good but had a really thick layer of fat. The wings were good!! All the sides are good but the fries are the best for sure and they give a huge portion. Overall, really good and I'd be happy to go back and try more options from the menu.

And they provide a lot of it! We ordered the shared meat platter for 3 5 people. We were 3 men with health appetites, and there was plenty of meat leftover to be eaten in the future days. The meat was excellent really well made and tasty. Slight negative the service wasn't particularly attentive. The waitress missed some of our drinks and service was sometimes slow. But it wasn't horrible, and the food made up for it.

The restauran... read more October 28/2022: This was just a solid restaurant in many ways. The server was delightful. She was warm, bubbly funny. The ambiance was excellent. The restaurant was very clean nicely decorated in the BBQ theme. As for the food, very tasty. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious tasty. Loaded with flavour to boot! Here's why I didn't give a 5* here, the sandwich was small. In fact for the $15.00+ price tag it was overly small. This could easily move to a 5* with just a bump up on the sandwich size.

We enjoyed the ultimate platter with wings, which were superb and not to be missed. The pork ribs were incredibly tender and flavorful, complemented by a sauce that enhanced the smokey flavor. Our server was not only attentive but also fun, making our experience even better. I highly recommend this restaurant and urge you to go now. Don't miss out!

We had a horrible experience at a restaurant down the street, but we decided to leave and try Stack instead. I didn’t make a pilgrimage or anything, and I ate at places in Chicago and NYC, but I always came out disappointed. I didn’t have much to complain about here though. The ribs are tender to the bite but not falling apart, and the brisket was so creamy and soft. I’d love to come back!

It's 4.50 to add fries, which were super dry and not worth in my opinion. Tried my friend's STACK burger, and it was not that great...the platters were fairly small for a bbq place.... If you go, I recommend the brisket!Overall, it's a pretty pricey place (for what you get). There's definitely better bbq places, especially downtown), but it's not bad. Giving it a high rating for their brisket and the good service though!

I will say I was a little disappointed with the ribs, and with them being nearly $50 for a rack I expected more, they weren’t horrible but a little over cooked. Pulled pork was okay as well.
