Sobeys - Toronto

We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant despite the many negative reviews. We visited here every day during our trip, for three consecutive days, and everything was fantastic.

I only wanted to purchase an orchid that was listed on sale for $14.99, but when it was rung up, it showed as $25.99. It took three managers and 15 minutes to resolve the issue.

This restaurant offers alcohol - did I mention they have alcohol! The location is fantastic all around, from the front to the back and from left to right.

We're here in Toronto on business, but always stop at Sobeys to buy our kosher ready made food. We start with 3 kinds of ready made chicken, then advance to the vegetables of which there's a huge selection. Finally, we move on to fish and salads. You'll be mesmerized by the amount and variety of salads. We walked away on Thursday with 6 salads for two of us!The food is totally amazing, and the service just as nice. Pricing : expensive Coming from Montreal, we find it to be expensive. We understand that ready made, and especially kosher is pricey, but they should evaluate their prices. However, we will always come back whilst in Toronto.

Very convienient to be open 24/7, we went the one on the Queensway where it has a drug store and mini tim Horton. very spacious and prices are affordable.
