The staff is awesome, the guy who works here (unfortunately never caught his name is always so kind and attentive! Only thing I wish to be different is to have the option to tip on the machine, like any other second cup around the city! We hardly ever carry cash, and it would be a pleasure to offer them a tip for such lovely service even when we don't have cash in hand. : Service: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today I got upset a... read more They actually close at 7:30 cause two times I’ve been here, the same tall Asian man says he can’t make us our coffee cause he’s cleaning up. Today I got upset and told him why is it always the same issue and he said well we close in a couple minutes.. I said no you close at 8 which is what it says online. The guy said well no I have to clean before 8. So that means they should be closed at 7:30 because if I come in 30 mins before close and both times you send me away then you shouldn’t be open. Last time same guy just went right back to sitting on his phone. Worst customer service at a second cup. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

During my most recent... read more The service at this restaurant is inconsistent. There is one particular girl who is fantastic, but other times the service can be strange. During my most recent visit, a barista I had never seen before was unfriendly and even locked the door more than 15 minutes before closing time, making us feel like we were inconveniencing her. It was a strange experience.

The menu is standard across all locations, but the display window is unappealing and lacks vibrancy. The cleanliness of the dining area was subpar during most of my visits. On a particular Sunday, the sole attendant handled all the customers with great care, despite not having any support from other staff or management. She was courteous, apologized for any delays, and showed genuine concern for the service. Kudos to her for managing the demands gracefully. Both of my orders were prepared excellently.
