It's a diverse journey through many types of cuisine and I think the team does a good job of elevating some typical restaurant fare with finesse and creativity. I was very fond of the latkes, the chopped salad, and the fried chicken was remarkably juicy (though I do think it could be crisper). The profiterole was a nice and nutty dessert with a hint of savouriness, which I liked. For the price of a Wednesday tasting menu, you can't get value like this in Toronto. I thought the service was unusually slow however. I was left waiting 20-30 minutes for dishes to be cleared, and the staff don't seem too attentive or aware when things need to be taken away. That is my biggest black mark on what was otherwise a solid meal.

Some dishes leaned a little salty for my taste, but overall, the variety and quality made for a really satisfying meal. Highlights from the tasting menu: • Chopped salad: this might be one of the best salads I’ve had this year. It's giving fresh, balanced, flavour-packed. • Bay scallop: My second favorite dish here. The cauliflower crema was silky smooth, the yuzu relish added a gentle brightness, and the chicken crackling gave it that nice crunch. • Argentinian shrimp: delicious on its own, but that tandoori carrot purée? Chef’s kiss. • Wagyu reuben: their most recommended dish, though a bit salty for me. Other bites like the NY striploin, tuna tartare, hamachi sashimi, and latke with ikura were also beautifully done. And we ended on a sweet note with their profiterole. All in all, great food, lovely space, and amazing service. I definitely see myself coming back just for the chopped salad ehehe. Highly recommend for events (and of course regular dinner service because the prix fixe menu is delicious) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
