Sansimian's jerk chicken is the best and freshest in all of toronto, if you like it hot, this is the place that will send your palette to salivate every time you hear of it. Ox tail, stew beef....mmmmm someone hand me a towel
This is my favorite restaurant as far as authentic carribean food goes. It is not too fancy but her food is full of delicious flavours. Rose is a true island time cook so do not expect her to open the door right at 11:30. ;) Her food is fresh and she gives good portion sizes. Her soup's are all home emade and are delicious. I drive down every second weekend to get her Callaloo soup , it is wonderful. Then i get some Jerk chicken and rice n pea's and i am good for the weekend.If you are looking for authentic food full of love then this is the place to come for that sure as death and taxes.
This restaurant is a hidden gem. The homemade Caribbean food is top-notch. I enjoy supporting this local business. I recommend going for lunch early, as the curry goat is amazing!
