Well it's pub food but our server made the experience. A wonderful funny Russian gal (I think) that was top notch with the service. Quick interactive and did I say funny, my face hurt after leaving there smiled and laughed so much. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Salty Dog:
We visited as a table of eight, 2 couples with kids. The service was extremely slow. Took ages to get drinks, water etc. Food was at least 45mins before coming out (nothing complicated, chicken salad!). It was just okay, nothing special. The band playing were great though so made it a good experience. Good for drinks, eat somewhere else. View all feedback.
I discovered this bar about 5 weeks ago...was made to feel at home from the first moment. Great staff and awesome live music, especially Fridays with my fave, the blues jam. I 'm not really a 'bar ' person but the live music and the congeniality of the staff and patrons alike, have provided me with a regular, go-to place when I want a night out.
I really loved the outdoor seating area! The server was incredibly friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and I would definitely return!
Great music on Friday nights. Great beer selection and nice staff.
Had a wonderful time/late lunch with old neighbors and the Porch Dog Choir band was outstanding fun and entertaining/ the crowd was so into it felt like a party food was great and so was the service
