Regulars - Toronto

Our reservation was somehow lost. the hostess was very nice and helped us out, got us a table! server was okay, not very attentive and took a long time to get drinks. I've been very loud, but was a good energy for the greatest. the magician who comes to table was the best part, so funny!

The atmosphere was great and the food was pretty good. Our waitress was average but the food took a loong time to arrive.

I am really not difficult food wise but I could not finish my meal.. the 3 friends I was with were really not happy with their meals either. We ended up goign to eat somewhere else after soince we barely touched our food.

On arrival they told me they could not accommodate my reservation and that they had called and left a message I did not receive a message. We opted to sit at the bar but on the other side to wear most of the servers were serving so it was slow to order anything or get noticed. All in all I don't think the food was good enough for the hassle. I would come back but only for drinks.

The experience was absolutely terrible. I have attended this establishment many of times that my friends even call me a regular at regulars. However, last night was terrible from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted by some man who said that we had to pay $20 cover even though we had a dinner reservation and it was early in the evening, when asked why the change he said “I’m just doing my job, don’t ask me”. From there the whole mood went down hill. Rude staff, will no longer be a regular at regulars.
