Upon arrival, you have to go through a security checkpoint, much like at an airport, after which you receive a sticker to wear. Since the café is in the basement, everything is conveniently located in one area. The menu was not what I anticipated for the Legislative Building, featuring pizzas, chicken nuggets, burgers (including a tasty vegetarian bean burger), coffee, tea, soft drinks, and desserts. It's also quite affordable; my burger was only around $6.50. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5.
