What User doesn't like about Potbelly Sandwich Shop:
The location, across from Royal Ontario Museum is very convenient but the atmosphere is very utilitarian and the background music is too loud. All this offset by generous salad and beverage. View all feedback.
I was so happy to have stumbled upon this place as I exited the ROM! I immediately went for lunch - I was too curious to know if it was any different from the States. The food was the very same, and I was bumped to brag about it amongst the long line of tourists and business travelers clearly experiencing it for the first time. Despite a long line, this location utilized a staff member within the line taking orders on an iPad - it really helped move the line along and doubly-ensure the accuracy, as folks didn't feel rushed with the details of their orders.
Cleanliness of the dining room was not great, but at least the sandwiches were toasted and pretty tasty.

A pretty good sandwich. Took the recommendation from the girl behind the counter. Turned out good. Wasn't expecting my sandwich to be toasted. Not a big fan of that.
Slightly classier with higher but a more limited menu in comparison to its ubiquitous competitor. Side potato salad was great and sandwich was satisfying. Lots of seating and fun decor.
