Pizza Pizza - Toronto

This place is absolutely putrid! They don't even make believe they have any interest in making edible food, let alone pizza. Place is a horror show. Enter at your own risk!

I normally buy from this place pizzas, like once or twice a weekLast night I bought a pepperoni and another 3 topping one. Unfortunately, the pepperoni was very hard and crispy while I did not order a crispy one. My guests and I did not enjoy the pizza at all

I dine at this restaurant every week. The best pizza is when you customize it with the creamy garlic sauce.

What a bad idea ordering the new stuffed crust pizza. I order the new stuffed crust pizza and was extremely disappointed. The base of the pizza was as thing as paper it could not hold together. when you try and pick a piece up all the toppings fall off, My wife almost burnt her hand picking it up as the cheese and toppings fell off. I tired to call customer service about the issue after speaking to 6 people and being disconnected 3 times was finally offered a full refund for the pizza. This was a horrible experience which I never expected from pizza pizza as I have order many times before( non-stuffed crust). Really give me second guess ordering from them after the customer service I experienced today . I have attached a couple pictures of the pizza to know what to expect before ordering. My suggestion if you want stuffed crust stick to the original restaurant that made it PH.

The pizza service at this restaurant was terrible. It was delivered over an hour late, and they also brought a soda when I specifically did not want one.
