The visual concept of Petros82 reflects a warm glowing jewel box which seduces both the outer and inner senses during and long after ones visit. The delectable treats displayed on your bountiful a la cart seafood table were extraordinary. The server clearly was not organized enough to explain to food delivery person which seat each entree was to be delivered to. There were only 3 of us at the table and the restaurant was not busy. The first entree delivered was simply plunked down in the middle of the table as if it was a plate to be shared. The 2nd and 3rd entrees were also awkwardly delivered. I think the servers need appropriate training.

Although the service was slow for half of our main courses, the staff apologized and even offered us two of our main dishes free of charge, even after we had canceled one of them. The chef personally came over to apologize as well, which was a nice touch considering how busy the restaurant was that night.

Very grateful to Chef Tony and his kitchen team, as well as our waiter, Donatello. We had a very unique experience and would happily return with family and friends.
