Feedback
The food was delicious, but I thought the Mac and fried chicken was a bit too salty. The presentation could use some improvement. We arrived late for our reservation, but they were very accommodating and we were seated immediately. The service was excellent and the drinks were tasty. Our server was very attentive and anticipated our needs, leaving us completely satisfied with our experience.
Great ambience on arrival..lots of different rooms and options for seating which is part of its charm. Greeting on arrival was prompt and very friendly. Once seated, service was mediocre at best. Friendly enough forgetful and slow service. 4 of 6 meals were very good but 2 were cold and service staff didn't return in time to send back to fix it. There is an automatic gratuity of 18% for parties of 6 or more I assume , as it was already on the bill) . Guaranteed gratuity often explains poor or indifferent service Noise level in the one room was really too loud ..5 or 6 speakers playing music too loud so everyone in restaurant section were yelling over it. We could not hear each other at the same table .... that is not what one would expect during brunch. Even the server was yelling and couldn't hear our food orders over the din. We asked if she could turn it down..she said she would try, but that it was not her decision and thst she might not be allowed to do so. Would reco if one is going for brunch and conversation, stick to the front room or a patio as those were much better noise levels for conversation we noticed on our way out). Might try again for 2nd chance with smaller rez for 2 or 3 people as their food is very good and they take reservations, but definitely not for larger group and definitely not in that section if during the daytime.
