I visited the website and selected the only "Toronto" location for a pickup order, only to find out after placing the order that the actual Toronto location was at College and Bathurst. There was no option to cancel my order on the website, nor a phone number to call. I tried reaching out to another restaurant location and spent 30 minutes before someone finally answered. They informed me that even if I had contacted them immediately, they wouldn't be able to cancel my order. Instead, they suggested I fill out an online form, promising that someone might assist me. I completed the form almost three weeks ago, and I still haven't received any response. Service rating: 1/5 for takeaway.
