I first went to the location on Danforth and then to the one on St. Cla... read more I discovered this coffee shop on Instagram with beautiful pictures and decided to visit. I first went to the location on Danforth and then to the one on St. Clair. The decor, atmosphere, cleanliness, coffee, and snacks were all great! It's a lovely spot to work as well. However, I was disappointed that they sell various types of Ethiopian coffee beans but do not offer them in their drinks. I ended up buying a pack of espresso beans, but the espresso lacked a coffee aroma. Additionally, the baristas at both locations seemed unhappy and did not smile at customers. I don't think I will be giving this place a third chance.

As I w... read more I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service at this restaurant. I paid for two coffees using the tap interface, which showed the approval receipt. As I was walking back to my car, the cashier followed me and informed me that my payment had not gone through. She explained that there was an issue with the system showing another order instead. After confirming the status of my card, I made the payment again. Despite the confusion, I appreciated the cashier's diligence in resolving the issue. The quality of the coffee, however, was not up to my expectations. The receipt had shown "approved" but the taste did not match. I checked my statement later to ensure I was not double charged.
