McDonald's - Toronto

Everything you expect on t he menu from a McDonalds is here. It's a 2 story restaurant with plenty of seating on the second floor that is rarely full. They are moving to more automation with self serve ordering podiums where you order and pay yourself. Then you wait for your order to be filled and your number called. Not sure it's any more efficient in terms of service but it does cut down on the staff required. There is a McCafe inside off the the right of the order waiting area that is a bit confusing to people. It doesn't offer the same menu but I didn't see many people ordering there. I guess if you go into a McDonalds you know exactly what it is you are looking for and don't go in expecting a coffee bar with muffins and cookies.

My meal and service here at mcdonalds was terrible. I got a Big Mac which made me have a terrible stomach ache the day after. The service was terribly slow, McDonalds wasn't even full with many people yet I had to wait 40 minutes just to get my meal. The only thing that wasn't as bad is the atmosphere. All together I do not plan on going to any McDonalds ever again.

A big coffee soon drunk in the early morning of June 15, 2017 with a bitter disappointment because I wanted to sail a little bit and check my emails on my phone on which I don’t have a telephone package by personal choice because I use it as a mini pc. I told myself at the counter and a young girl told me that the wifi was often out of use what I find deplorable for a McDonald’s restaurant full of billion I'm not gonna pay a sub to this one if I'm in the same corner of this city in the future. The atmosphere was cold and without smiles in addition to make it a place to avoid. I attach a photo of the restaurant that is located right next to a karaoke lounge. My wife and I decided instead of overpaying for breakfast in the hotel we were staying we would eat breakfast here. The service was good and the food hot and fresh - and only at a fraction of what you would spend at any hotel !!

This place is brutal. 20 minutes for 6 cats in drive thru. Go elsewhere . Waited forever for really no reason.
