Contribute FeedbackMaurya East Indian Restaurant offers a variety of delicious Indian dishes, with some patrons praising the lamb saag, Egg Fried Rice, Shrimp Fried Rice, and Indo-Chinese menu items. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service, making for a memorable dining experience. However, some customers have raised concerns about food quality and portions, as well as the need for improvement in authenticity and spice levels. Despite mixed reviews, Maurya remains a popular choice for those seeking Indian and Hakka cuisine in Toronto.
Great food and generous servings! Butter chicken is the best And the mango lassi's are really good. Friendly and helpful staff.
This restaurant provides a wonderful dining experience with its welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and delicious menu. Every dish was a culinary delight, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend it for a memorable dining experience. The entire staff at this restaurant is fantastic, especially Pradeep, who always serves with a charming smile.
Very nice food, I had vindaloo today and it was fresh, aromatic and delicious. The spiciness level is to my liking as well and I like that it can be customized. The waitress lady was sweet and helpful. Thank you very much!
I absolutely love the Indian appetizers and main courses at this restaurant. I tried the paneer makhani and garlic naan, and they were both deliciously cooked, soft, and creamy. The best part is that they can customize it to suit your taste preferences. I highly recommend this place if you're craving some homemade comfort food.
Our experience at Maurya East Indian Restaurant was fantastic. We enjoyed a variety of flavorful dishes with our friends. The Chicken Chilli and Chicken 65 appetizers were spicy and crispy, setting the tone for a great meal. For the main course, the Egg Fried Rice and Shrimp Fried Rice were both delicious and complemented the vibrant flavors of the evening. The soups were exceptional, with the Muligatwani (Dal) Soup being rich and hearty, and the Tomato (Shorba) Soup providing a refreshing break. The atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming and the service was attentive, adding to our overall enjoyment. Maurya's diverse menu and tasty food made our evening memorable, and we look forward to returning to try more of their tempting options.
