Massimo explores different regions of Italy throughout the year and presents an extensive family style menu enjoyed at a long table for forty. Highlights of last night's dinner were the baked gnudi and Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Bring your own wine and stay in a nearby hotel and you have the perfect evening. We will do this again and again!
