This restaurant was amazing!! We went with a big group and everyone loved their meals. The pasta was hot and the homemade sauce was incredible. The sides, salads, and pizza were all tasty. Even the gluten free pizza was one of the best we've ever had. The owner is clearly passionate about the food, and it shows in every dish served. We will definitely be returning! View all feedback.
I was hesitant to get Italian food in Toronto but this place really came through! So their pizza crust is black.
Best local pizza jointWith libretto and north of Brooklyn nearby, I was skeptical when a new pizza place was opening.
We had reservations here for a large party We had booked 1/2 the restaurant for dinner for a bachelorette party.
We came across Misseria whilst walking along King St. Tempted in by a taste of their excellent carbone pizza, we were not disappointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful as they explained their philosophy and what they were attempting to achieve. We began with a tray of 24 month aged prosciutto and some warmed olives which was delicious. We also tried two of the salads. The bar is limited at present, however will expand in the future. (Italian beers, wines and low ball spirit drinks.) I enjoyed a very nice cappuccino and finished with a nice, strong espresso. The price is well worth the standard of the food and, if anything, cheaper than one might have expected. We will definitely return to this venue on our next visit to Toronto.
Masseria was on our list for when we visited Toronto and it didn't disappoint. From Rino, the manager, to the servers and fantastic food, everything was top quality. Hands down the best pizza we ever had. Would highly recommend.
