My husband ordered a lemon... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to an extremely rude staff member with black and white hair. My husband ordered a lemon tea in Chinese, but he was served the wrong drink. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, the woman became argumentative, insisting that he had asked for milk tea. When she finally went to make the right drink, she turned back around and, with an attitude, said, “If you don’t know Chinese, don’t speak it. I know English.” We decided to ask for a refund and leave because of her unacceptable behavior. While the food at Marathon is fantastic, the attitude of some servers can ruin the experience. If you encounter this kind of service, you might want to consider their other location, where we have never had any issues.

However, the prices have skyrocketed, so I don't buy the 2-liter option as often as I used to. As others have mentioned, the customer service can be inconsistent, depending on who happens to serve you.

I ordered the big brea... read more I stopped by for breakfast and the place wasn't particularly appealing, but I've enjoyed great food in less-than-impressive spots before. I ordered the big breakfast and requested my eggs to be cooked over medium, but they came out over easy instead. The sausage was essentially a hot dog, the bacon was cold, and the ham was only warm underneath the eggs. The cutlery was stored in a little box with a window, which I assume was some kind of disinfecting machine. The table had what looked like drywall dust on it. The fries were decent, and at least the eggs were hot. I’m giving it 3 stars mainly because the staff were friendly.
