Our experience at the restaurant was not great. The servers were friendly, but the overall service was terrible. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait for a table even though there were plenty of seats open. It was obvious that they were understaffed, as the overwhelmed bartender was taking on multiple roles. Our food took 45 minutes to arrive, and the mushroom salad and fries were underwhelming. However, the wings were tasty.
Visiting TO, but easy to find and was quiet with very tasty food. Would have rated a touch higher but service missed a small thing. Unfortunately they didn`t acknowledge our daughters b-day at all, once there...not a dessert, no inquiry with us on it once we got there...even though they knew from Res and from pre chats. It wasn`t that big of a deal but would have shown great operational control. All in all would return and eat there again.
