The KitKat Chocolatory offers a unique blend of chocolate-making fun, but opinions on its value and experience vary. Many guests appreciated the engaging and knowledgeable staff, particularly praising the energetic presentation of chefs like Tia and Chris. The hands-on aspect of creating custom bars drew positive feedback, especially among families. However, some visitors felt the experience was overpriced, suggesting a more reasonable price point would enhance value. Additionally, concerns arose regarding the space's accessibility and privacy. Overall, while the idea is delightful and engaging, improvements could make this sweet endeavor even better.

to kitkat chocolatory for my birthday, with some family members. we had the wonderful chris that led us through the chocolate production experience. I loved the interactive educational presentation. I visited the KitKat Chocolatory for my birthday with a few family members, and we had the pleasure of being guided by the fantastic Chris during the chocolate-making experience. I really enjoyed the interactive and educational presentation. I have to say, I found the price to be a bit on the high side, although they did offer some exclusive options. I think a price point around $30 would be more reasonable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience; I learned quite a bit about the chocolate-making process and had a great time creating our own bars.
KITKAT Chocolatory Chef's Table experience is a lot of fun! Learnt a lot about chocolate, and getting to sit down and design your own creation was a good experience. Christopher does a great job explaining everything clearly, and the children we were with really seemed engaged. However, there is more room for some additional hands on experience. My partner was really looking forward to piping the chocolate himself when he saw the piping bags, but wasn't given the opportunity to do so.
Chris was a great and knowledgeable chocolatier! He made the experience fun and interactive from beginning to end. Would highly recommend !
Really not great ordered the chefs table but did not know it was 45 per person brought two kids and it would of been 225 for 5 chocolate bars seems excessive.
A friend and I were at Kit Kat for their Chef’s Table experience. Our chef (Christopher) had a very engaging manner as he conveyed his knowledge on all things chocolate. Tons of fun and great tasting custom Kit Kat bars.
