The restaurant does not use real chicken. It's just not authentic.
We ordered the boneless bucket and received bone-in pieces without any warning, posing a choking hazard. I ordered through Uber and they could have cancelled the order, but they did not.
While the food we got was hot the chicken pieces are smaller then what I thought from the last time I've been to a KFC a few years ago. Even for a wing it's on the small side even the drum sticks were smaller compared to what you see in grocery stores. We got some bigger pieces as seen in the pictures but overall it taste like they changed the recipe not as good
