They are supposed to be standardized but it's amazing at how poor the setup of this location is, which is also evident in all the poor reviews. Similar to others, my customer service was also terrible. Told I had to wait 10 mins for the chicken to be made which was fine, but 20+ minutes later was told it would be another 10 minutes. Although KFC is great this was annoying that it would take 30+ mins for just 4 freaking pieces of chicken. Also the person at the counter just mumbled it would take extra time and left. Poor communication and poor customer service. Skip this location and go to another just a couple of kilometres away...
