Escaped a frigid Toronto and Black January with friends for a tropical break. Such a quirky, cheap and cheerful place. Evocative of any street bistro in Havana. Good basic fare with some daily specials. We stuck with a selection of hearty tapas (chorizo, sweet potato fritters etc.). All good and filling. Service is quick with friendly wait staff. We're off drinking this month so skipped the booze selection. Mostly Ca... View all feedback.
What Zsolt Szabó doesn't like about Julie's Cuban Restaurant:

Great food, price and atmosphere. Love the vibe . Everything tasted amazing! This place is a hidden gem, cannot believe it is not always packed.

I found the Mojito to be decent but not great. The food was average at best and at a higher price point than I would have expected. Food aside the atmosphere was lively and made the night a fun experience. Service was spotty.
I have been going to Julie's Cuban restaurant for years - since they opened and it is always excellent. Food, atmosphere, staff and owners are great. Its a small, cozy place that takes you to Cuba without the flight.
