They seemed overly suspicious, as if they thought I was up to no good or could potentially rob the place. I've noticed that many establishments run by Asian owners tend to foster similar vibes, perhaps because they’re often engaged in questionable practices like not providing proper receipts, evading taxes, or double-dipping on tips. Unfortunately, this has become quite common.
