Despite trusting the 4.2-star rating, I ordered 4 shawarma sandwiches - 2 beef and 2 chicken - with a special request for no onions. However, the restaurant sent me 4 sandwiches filled with salad, some beef and chicken, and plenty of onions. The sandwiches had very little meat and the taste was terrible. I've attached photos of the salad shawarma sandwiches I received. It was a complete waste of money and time. They should consider renaming their sandwiches to "salad shawarma sandwiches with no meat." I tried contacting the store, but unsurprisingly, no one picked up the phone. I will never order from them again. It was a total disappointment.

The... read more Unfortunately this might be the worst shawarma plate I’ve ever had in the city. I ordered through Uber eats and even adding extra chicken that costed hefty. The shawarma plate I received had the driest chicken and rice I’ve ever had from a restaurant. The chicken was over cooked to the max it felt like I was chewing gum, and the rice isn’t fresh at all, it isn’t soft. The spices used on the chicken/rice is over spiced and doesn’t make sense for a shawarma in my opinion. It’s supposed to come with tahini, garlic sauce, hot sauce and shawarma sauce but instead I received a giant goop of overpowering garlic sauce, seems like it was a rushed order. Im very disappointed. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt that this is a ubereats late night order thing and in the day it wouldn’t reflect the same. Still unacceptable nevertheless
