I recently relocated to the King W4est area and this restaurant quickly became my go to lunch spot. The staff are always incredibly friendly and have often helped me pick out meals the adhere to my dietary restrictions. Love the atmosphere and the food and I look forward to many more lunches here
Went to get a salad, paid and left a tip, then they didn’t have my protein choice so they refunded me but they couldn’t refund the tip, so they got a free $3. Brutal service, no offer to do anything…am a frequent here, no longer!
I generally love the food from this franchise but this location repeatedly screws up my online pickup orders. I ordered a salad with the trout today and the trout was missing (this is the third time this has happened to me! . I didn't want to go back to the shop have this corrected since it's a 10min walk from my office. Would be nice if they can get some quality control or better training in place. I will be going to the Brookfield location from now on.
The food is fantastic, but only if they get your order right! I've had my order messed up and had fish or chicken missing on multiple occasions.
If I could, I'd give this restaurant zero stars. I ordered a bowl with trout and salmon, and within 15 minutes, I ended up vomiting. The taste was off—the trout was incredibly fishy, likely because it was old or had been frozen multiple times. Overall, the flavor was dull and lacked any richness. I can't speak for all the dishes, but my first experience was incredibly disappointing. I definitely do not recommend this place. Zero stars.
