This is one of those little places were the staff know you by name and what you like. I love Starbucks but this place beats the quality in lattes and other drinks. They always put a little love in whatever they make for you. They don't offer wifi, which is good if you're looking just to have a relaxing time with a friend or alone without distractions. I went there with very "demanding" friends (those who always look for good coffee) and we all enjoyed the time there and our different selections!
!!!!!!cutest latte arts ever!!!!!! would go everyday if it was close to my place great job!!!! well done guys!!!!!
Himalayan Java House is a great place to stop and have a cup of coffee. Unlike most coffee chains, the coffee here is rich with great artwork. I had a fantastic Cappuccino and iced latte.

Been coming to this place for over 3 years now and thought I should tell everyone this is one of the best cafes in Toronto! They serve amazing coffee at a cozy, family-oriented place. Often we bring our kids and they love it! I've been to over 30 coffee shops in Toronto and this is my favorite....especially because of the lovely latte art! The baristas take extra care in going over and beyond to serve you a piping, hot, beautiful cup of java!A few days ago, I took my friend to this place because she kept hearing me rave all about it. At the counter, we jokingly asked for a design of a palm tree and yoga lady on our lattes. To our surprise, they actually designed it for us! The latte art is out of this world!!! We didn't want to drink our lattes because it was just too pretty!Although this place is top-notch, they did take away the wifi which I think is a good opportunity to talk to one another and get to know our neighbors!Give it a try! Guaranteed you will be coming back for more!
Himalayan Java House in Toronto is a cozy, family-friendly cafe known for its amazing coffee, lovely latte art, and friendly staff. Regulars love the personalized service, quality drinks, and the opportunity to disconnect without wifi. The baristas go above and beyond, creating intricate designs on their lattes that customers find too beautiful to drink. While the unique latte art is a highlight, the cafe also offers delicious coffee, smoothies, and baked goods made with care and love. Overall, Himalayan Java House offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy top-notch coffee and great company.

I had a very disappointing experience at this café. As a regular at De Mello Coffee, I thought I'd give this place a try, but I was met with terrible customer service. When my friend and I walked in, we found two open bar stools, so we ordered and sat down. However, we were soon asked to vacate our seats for other customers, despite there being no "Reserved" sign on the stools and the fact that we had already taken them. The woman at the cash register informed us that it was first come, first served, yet she had promised the seats to other customers who had ordered later. I was frustrated by their failure to differentiate between 'first come, first served' and reservations. Additionally, I couldn't shake the feeling that there may have been a racial bias involved in their decision to take our seats. We decided to cancel our orders and leave. I'm not seeking any justification from the owner for this unpleasant experience, and I won't be returning to this establishment.
A dear friend highly recommended this coffee shop, so I decided to give it a go. I ordered a macchiato and a croissant, and I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful latte art. The staff were wonderful, and the atmosphere was wonderfully calm. I will definitely be coming back with my entire family!
The staff at this café are truly outstanding—extremely courteous and accommodating. Even though it was quite busy, the service was prompt, and our children really loved their hot chocolates! It’s a relaxed, family-friendly spot.
The decor was quite charming. I decided to give it a shot, and we were pleasantly surprised by the flavors of the cappuccino, turmeric milk, and blueberry scone.
I've been eager to try this restaurant for years, and I finally had the opportunity to visit today—I'm so glad I did! The interior has a wonderfully relaxing and cozy atmosphere, and the staff is very welcoming. The latte I ordered was delicious, and the latte art was absolutely charming! It's worth noting that the art is only available for dine-in orders, which makes perfect sense; who would want to keep something so cute hidden away?
