Came here for a double date and had a great time! The restaurant is small but gives a cozy, homey feel. We were lucky to get a table for 4 at 7pm on a Thursday with no wait, but others after us only had to wait a short time (they don’t take resos). It is well worth waiting for though, as the staff are friendly, the wine is good and the food even better. Our food came quickly and the portions were large! Calamari as a... View all feedback.
What jasmine kop doesn't like about Fusaro's Italian Kitchen - Spadina:
I ordered from Uber Eats today and this was hands down one of the worst meals I have ever had. The pasta was overcooked and bland, the calamari was rubbery and inedible, and the sauce was watered down to the point of resembling soup broth. I have never felt compelled to write a review before, but I was so grossed out by the quality of the food I received. It tasted even worse than low-quality resort food. I was shock... We came on their 25th anniversary, so we were treated to free cake! The service was good, and the interior was super cute. The pastas were good, nothing extraordinary, though. Would come back if I was in the area.
Great place for Italian food. The food is fresh and flavorful. Everything was prepared to perfection. This place is a must try. Cannot wait until the patio is open!
My boyfriend and I came in just before close. We were informed it was a cpl mins before close. I offered for us to go somewhere else because I know what it 's like with last-minute customers and I 'd hate to be that person but our server was so nice and said that it 's okay. We just needed to have our order put in asap, which was fine. The food was so delicious. My boyfriend and I both had paninis and I 've never had something so simple have so much flavor. My boyfriend and I don 't go to Toronto often but the next time I do I will definitely be visiting this establishment again!
Tried the chicken parm, alla vodka and shrimp alfredo gamberi. All items were great the shrimps were fresh. The chicken parm was good, the ala vodka had the most flavor from the three items I ordered. The meal was prepared qickly and was ready on arrival.
This restaurant used to be amazing! The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were lovely. However, in the past six months, the quality has declined a bit. My coworkers and I used to come here for dine-in a couple times a month and the portion sizes were always great. But we noticed that the takeout portions are much smaller. For example, I had a veal panini sandwich when dining in and it was a good size with amazing bread. But when I ordered it for takeout, it was a small bun and cutlet for the same price. Today, when we went in for lunch with a large group, our mains were decent but not as spectacular as before. Some dishes needed more flavor, pizzas needed longer cook time, and the chicken in the salads was overcooked. Overall, the food quality has decreased recently. The service is still excellent and the atmosphere is still cozy. It's a shame that we can't give a better rating to our once favorite local spot.
