Came here for a double date and had a great time! The restaurant is small but gives a cozy, homey feel. We were lucky to get a table for 4 at 7pm on a Thursday with no wait, but others after us only had to wait a short time (they don’t take resos). It is well worth waiting for though, as the staff are friendly, the wine is good and the food even better. Our food came quickly and the portions were large! Calamari as a... View all feedback.
What jasmine kop doesn't like about Fusaro's Italian Kitchen - Spadina:
I ordered from Uber Eats today and this was hands down one of the worst meals I have ever had. The pasta was overcooked and bland, the calamari was rubbery and inedible, and the sauce was watered down to the point of resembling soup broth. I have never felt compelled to write a review before, but I was so grossed out by the quality of the food I received. It tasted even worse than low-quality resort food. I was shock... Fusaro proves that you don't have to pay top dollar for quality italian comfort food. This place is really affordable (~$10-13 a main) without sacrificing
I have a vague memory from 2009 of coming to an Italian place in this location, but on a rainy day it was empty.
This is a cool little street side restaurant in the heart of China townItalian in China Townhuh! Best panini sandwich that I've ever had I think.
This restaurant used to be amazing! The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were lovely. However, in the past six months, the quality has declined a bit. My coworkers and I used to come here for dine-in a couple times a month and the portion sizes were always great. But we noticed that the takeout portions are much smaller. For example, I had a veal panini sandwich when dining in and it was a good size with amazing bread. But when I ordered it for takeout, it was a small bun and cutlet for the same price. Today, when we went in for lunch with a large group, our mains were decent but not as spectacular as before. Some dishes needed more flavor, pizzas needed longer cook time, and the chicken in the salads was overcooked. Overall, the food quality has decreased recently. The service is still excellent and the atmosphere is still cozy. It's a shame that we can't give a better rating to our once favorite local spot.
This is hands down my favorite Italian restaurant in the GTA. The food is so delicious that I would be happy to have it as my last meal. I would do anything to eat their Arancini every day. Their gnocchi and pizzas are also amazing. Plus, it's a family-owned business so make sure to support local!
