Focal Resto Lounge - Toronto

We had a large group dinner and sampled almost all of the appetizers. Every appetizer was delicious and beautifully prepared. I had the Indo Salmon -- best salmon dish I have had in years, maybe ever. Perfectly cooked and an exquisite taste. One of those meals that you're sad when it's gone. Staff were very attentive to our group, and dishes came out with the right timing and everything hot (difficult to do with such a large group.) Desserts were very unique - not my favourite part of the meal but still very, very good. I can't wait to return.

A modern restaurant with a touch of the rustic charm enhanced by friendly staff, globally diverse menu, and whole new drink selections that'll widen the horizon of your taste buds, is what's waiting for you at Focal Resto Lounge. Won't be disappointed.!

This restaurant should be much busier. The food was amazing, the brunch menu is very creative, and you can tell that the entire staff puts a lot of effort into the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and the food was seriously delicious. I had the jerk chicken and waffles, and my companion had the stuffed French toast. I have recommended it to several friends and can't wait to go back and try their other menus.

I stopped in for a quick bite to see what they've done with this awkward spot at one of the least desirable corners of all of Queen West.
