Five Guys - Toronto
Five Guys
Description
Five Guys presents a mixed bag of experiences. While some patrons praise the delicious burgers, generous portions, and standout fries—particularly the Cajun variety—others lament the high prices and inconsistent service. The ambiance, described as spacious yet lacking in sufficient seating, leaves diners feeling somewhat isolated. Though innovative menu items like the bacon shake and the option for bunless burgers cater to diverse tastes, customer complaints about incorrect orders and subpar paper straws persist. Overall, despite the higher cost, many agree that the quality and flavor of the food make it a worthwhile visit for burger enthusiasts.

The staff here does an awesome job. I've never wanted to sit and eat at a fast food joint until I came to this spot the vibe was friendly and welcoming, and the store was clean and organized.Keep up the good work over there!
Paper straws are horrid. Can barely suck down a milkshake. Strawberry by the way was good. Burger and fries experience just as good as any location in the states. Side note:Poutine is on the menu, poutine belongs in Canada but not five guys imo.
Just what 's to be expected at any other Five guys branch. Great burger, great fries and peanut while you are waiting! Always had this one question. Why squeeze the burger wrap so hard? All the oil and juice is leaked out everywhere when wrapped. I 'd like to have an option unwrapped to enjoy the real taste of the burger at the restaurant. The burger looks like a burger that was dropped from the shelf every time I unwrap it. It 's not a complaints but a suggestion :
I think it had been about two years since I last had a Five Guys burger. I’d almost forgotten what it tasted like. I was walking around, hungry, and decided to stop in. Normally I avoid places around Dundas Square because it’s always packed and chaotic, but on this day it was pretty quiet and I found a table right away. I ordered my usual burger with bacon, and the moment I took a bite, all the memories came rushing back. Same great taste I remembered from years ago, juicy on the inside and just as satisfying. I asked for all the add-ons, but I’m pretty sure not everything made it into the sandwich. Still good, but if you’re like me and like loading it up, maybe double-check when you order. And definitely don’t skip the white vinegar on your fries. That combo hits every time. The free peanuts on the side are always a nice touch too. The cashier was friendly and helpful, and overall I was really happy with my meal. Just a heads-up, don’t make the same mistake I did and use the staff washroom in the back. Customer washrooms are actually downstairs. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: No way… maybe you just get fries
