Located in Forest Hill Village, this restaurant offers paid street and nearby lot parking along with a street side patio. While some customers have reported disappointing food quality and even mild food poisoning, others have praised the fresh sushi, friendly staff, and delicious dishes such as the Steak Teriyaki and soft shell crab. Despite mixed reviews, the overall dining experience seems to be positive, with some recommending it for special events like weddings. The cozy atmosphere, attentive service, and high-quality food make EDO-ko a restaurant worth trying, despite some negative feedback regarding discrimination, cockroaches in the kitchen, and inconsistent food quality.

Try their Kobe beef slider at the Japan festival. But I think the Japa burger at Nome izakaya is the best in the city by far.Keep up the good work

My wife and I were so thrilled to have Edo cater our wedding! Being long time fans of the restaurant, it was an obvious choice to serve our favourite childhood eats as well as their new and exciting creations to our many guests. The management and staffwere an absolute joy to work with, making our every decision seem effortless and fun. They are more than willing to answer themany questions one has when planning a wedding, and they communicated really well with our venue and coordinator. Many of ourwedding guests raved about the quality of the food, and I wholeheartedly loved every delicious bite that I had. We would highlyrecommend selecting Edo to cater anyone's special event.

I was in this restaurant for the first time and I really liked it. The place was empty, which is the plus, the staff were polite and pleasant. The food was ready in prompt manner. Steak teriyaki was the best of the best! Meat was tender and melted in yourmouth, grilled vegetables was super tasty with perfect consistency. Tempura was great, perfect temperature, crunchy crust andvery tender inside. The fish in sushi and rolls was fresh and good quality, miso soup was great too.
