While some diners found the food to be lacking in flavor, others raved about the phenomenal dishes and extensive wine list. From delicious cocktails to wood-fired pizzas, there is something for everyone, whether you prefer meat dishes or vegetarian options. The prices are on the higher side, but the overall dining experience is well worth it. With a charming ambiance and friendly staff, this hidden gem is a must-visit for Italian cuisine lovers.
Despite the small portion sizes, we found the food to be delicious! The prices were comparable to other Italian restaurants. In general, we were satisfied with our experience and our waiter was very friendly.
A lovely ambiance with an open kitchen concept. The have great home made pizzas made in wood burnt oven. The food was good and the service was great. I’d recommend the pasta dishes.
Such a cute restaurant hidden away in cabbagetown. The venue is cozy and warm and perfect for an Italian meal on a cold night. We started with mini arrinchini (on the house) which were delightful. We had boar meatballs for an appetizer which were soft and the marinara sauce was very well made. I had the ricotta gnocchi for my main and they were light and not thick and sticky (which I hate). The tiramisu for desert was also very good. Overall a very good meal.
We had a fantastic dining experience! We sampled a variety of delicious pizzas and finished off with a delightful tiramisu. The outdoor patio was charming and the service was excellent. We were a bit let down by the summerlicious menu, as the savings were minimal when comparing prices, and the overall cost was quite high, especially if you didn't necessarily want an appetizer or dessert. However, the pizzas were still exceptional and we had a lovely evening overall.
They bake they bread and make their pasta on site. Good pasta dishes, except the lasagna is kind of soupy. Not my favourite. The pizzas are pretty good, and the wine list is not bad either.
