Some guests have even encountered difficulties with reservation systems like OpenTable, leaving them with a sour taste in their mouths. Overall, the restaurant seems to be failing in basic customer service, which has left many patrons vowing never to return. It appears that El Loco has some serious issues to address in order to regain the confidence and trust of its customers.
This was a very bad experience. We were able to book via the open table app however upon arrival we learned that the establish is closed on Tuesdays... Our party had to scramble and walk in the rain to find another suitable location with availability. Very unimpressed
Does anyone at Open Table actually read the reviews? The restaurant is closed and when I look at some prior reviews, it seems it has been for months.
Made a reservation foe Friday because i had a show to get to and knew i couldnt wait in line only to show up and have the place be closed. No notice, no email or call to let me know. Nothing. Very disappointed with the restaurant and also open table for not notifying me. Will not be coming back or using this reservation system again!
Booked a reservation, arrived and they were closed.
It is so unprofessional on part of EL Loco Restaurant that my whole office team reached there at noon and we saw restaurant CLOSED board. We were to search for alternative restaurant standing in the middle of the road. I would never go El Loco again.
